Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hippie Chai! We craft every batch of our instant oat milk chai and matcha lattes right here in San Francisco. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  Processing & Fulfillment Times: Order Processing:

All orders are processed: 

Within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Peak Season & Market Days:

During peak fall/winter seasons or pop-up market days, fulfillment may take up to 3 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you directly via email. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues:

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, your confirmation email will contain a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s portal. 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Hippie Chai is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, email us immediately at connect@hippiechai.com before your order ships. 

Missing or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us at connect@hippiechai.com

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please take photos of the damaged shipping box and pouches immediately. Contact our team at connect@hippiechai.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos attached, and we will gladly send out a replacement.
